This camper is in great shape! No rips or stains. To best of my knowledge everything works and it is READY TO CAMP TODAY! It's a nice layout where you have a bed in the back, kitchen & bath in the middle and the dinette in the front. The dinette does converts to another bed. The cabinets above the bed & dinette also convert to small bunks. No air conditioning but can be easily added.
