1984 Sunline T-1350 in West MI - feeler

If anyone is close and wants to make an attempt at this let me know sooner than later. I am not going to hold this long before putting it for sale local (my front yard). I am throwing this out here as I know people look for this size.

We have purchased a newer 2012 KZ Sportsman 19RBH for our growing family needs. Going from 13' to 19' is truly amazing. We are waiting for the title to get mailed to us from the state and then the Sunline will go up for sale.

The good: Roof does not leak, original fridge works on gas and electric, has front bunk and front fold down dinette which makes a king size bed if you lay with your head to the front, wet bath/shower, 3 burner cook top, forced water (hose) and sink work great, gas water heater works great.

The other: Had roof leak before we purchased it in bath. Roof was repaired and have not had problem since we have owned it. Bath side wall paper is puffed away from wall because of this. Water pump turns on but does not pump water from tank. It was like this when we purchased it. We have never tried to run the furnace. We used the pole awning the first year we had it and have not removed it from the bag since. The outside shows the wear of living outside for 20+ years.

We have always stored this indoors for winters since we have owned it. I can post pics if there is any serious interest. This would be first come first serve with cash in hand. Starting at $2,250 or best.

Title arrived yesterday for the new trailer, so the sunline is now out front for sale. I have a couple pictures but for some reason when I try to use the picture function to upload them here the the program closes. If anyone wants the pics let me know.
