I have an older style tire cover - more brown than orange...if anyone is interested let me know. Leo will have to find it up in the storage area but I'm sure it is still there. It would be for a 2005 or older I think! PM me and let me know if you are interested!

"I'm using them for tire covers like the other folks. Have to post a pic when I trim out the bottom part. I expect them late this week or next."
Hey JohnB,
You menioned you were going to post pics on how you trimed out the covers. Would love to see how you engineered that process. I am afraid to make a cut in these brand new covers!!

Hi Jay
Mine arrived the other day. Boy they sure look pretty!! Almost too good to use....
My thought process is to clip out the sewing stitching on the elastic on the bottom where the tire outside diameter flaps over lap then try it on the tire on the ground and see if I need to trim any cover or not. Once sorted out would have Cindy back sew the rest of the elastic so it will not come undone.
That is the thought process that may change once I try to do it. We already have 2 other camper mods in process so this one may take me a bit to get to.
If someone gets to this before me, please post.
Thanks
John

I just came across this post and saw that all the covers had been sold... Does anyone who bought a bunch of spares want to sell one? My original cover is starting to show it's age. Thanks!

Sunline Tire cover
I hope this falls on some ears that have, and want to sell a tire cover for my Sunline travel trailer. When we pulled into the camp site I found out that my cover came off on the road. If so thank you

Maybe Elixir Industries could make another 100 covers since there seems to be a demand for them. I am sure the cost would have to be more than $5.

It must be a Georgia thing. I lost mine somewhere between Waycross and Thomasville. I need to replace mine too. I called the place in PA. The guy said he has some but he WILL NOT ship, I need to pick it up. Hell, its a long way from Ga to Pa. Not very helpful or friendly

No, Sunline hadn't had any trailers with 14" for a few years, so they didn't have covers as far as I knew. They used to though.
Regardless, I believe Elixir is all sold out now, so you'd have to look at having something custom made now anyway.

Tire Cover Updated (visit to the website)

I mentioned to the company to contact the Sunline Owners Club but in the meantime, anyone wanting to buy a tire cover can contact: Elixir Industries Leola Pa 17540 or you can call: 717 656 2831.
The lady I dealt with was Chrystal Newman, and she was extremely helpful.
The very best part of the deal is that they are only $5 a piece.

Thanks for sharing this information. It has been a while so I thought I would check it out and update with current info. The link did not bring up an image or direct me to the website. I am not sure if it was suppose to. The Elixir Industries website inventory appeared to have reduced its RV options. I could not find tire covers of any kind or size. I only found sealant tape, RV doors and a few other items like roof sealant but no accessories or other items for the tires. I may call in the future and ask them directly; right now I am just checking resource and pricing items for when I do need them/can buy them.

yes, within a month of the notice they were all sold out but several of us like myself bought several to sell at meet and greets for the same $5. I have none left but you might get lucky and find a member who still has one to sell. They have the last logo they used and website on them so the logo wouldn't be the same as on your 1997.

These tire covers available were only in 15" as well.
That reminds me, I still have all mine in a bin and haven't made them into the road tire covers yet. The new tires probably make a good reason to do that.

Does anyone have a 15" Sunline tire cover they would like to sell?
Please let me know if you have one to sell. I would be glad to buy it! Thanks!
