Now my rear one is giving up and the side decals are also. I had already replaced the side decals several years ago. The only ones that I'd really like to replace are the front and the back, but I doubt that there are wny around for sale or even to allow for accurate duplication digitally.
Sorry for the long comment!

Hi Tom,
The white mask you saw was actually just the unfaded part of the fiberglass. The entire rock guard would have looked like that when new. If I were you, I would take that fiberglass out, lightly sand it, and then paint it with a special fiberglass/plastic paint, such as the Krylon Fuzion. The paint is designed to adhere to plastics and fiberglass. Get a nice finish on there and then you should be able to stick the logo to it.

Thanks!!! I'll have to check it out. I really mistook it for a screenprinted mask of whie, for adhesion. Then to the decal......I don't have it any longer, but at least painting it would be a good idea. I can always mask out the graphic which is part of the shield.
Thanks again.

Most of the camper is industry standard items. All of the plumbing, electric, etc. is readily available at any decent RV parts counter or on several internet sites like pplhomes, marksrv, and more. Same for all the appliances. There is very little in your trailer that is unique to Sunlines.
We think Sunline used some custom made fender skirts, and they are very hard to find, if at all. But there are a lot of standard fenders skirts available. Check with the RV parts counter for something similar in size and color.
Decals and logos are pretty much gone. Your best bet is a shop that does truck lettering and vinyl graphics. They can match color pretty well, and if you have a decent pic of a Sunline logo, they can even reproduce it for you in whatever size you need. Might be a bit pricey.
The entire undercarriage (axles, brakes, springs, shackles, etc.) are probably Al-Ko or Dexter. Everything there is readily replaceable. Bearings and seals are the same as used on all kinds of travel trailers, utility trailers, etc. Industry standard stuff available almost anywhere.

Hi Curtislow1
1st off welcome to Sunline Owners Club! This is the place to find out most anything about Sunlines.
Now for once... I have found where this link for Sunline fenders might apply. See here your year falls into the description. I have been searching for mine which are bigger with no luck yet but I stumbled on this one. Make sure you measure yours so they will fit.
RV Parts - Sierra Engineering Co., Inc - Product List
Also see this post for more links to other fender skirts.
Fender Skirt Solaris T-264 SR
Good luck and let us know how you make out.

This is no longer a hard problem to solve. . .
First of all, I wouldn't worry about "permission".
1) If there is nobody to ask, there is also nobody to complain.
2) The usual remedy for copyright infringment is a cease and desist letter.
3) If you're recreating the logo to put back on your own Sunline that would consistute restoration which I believe is a "fair use"
4) Even if you're creating and reselling decals I doubt you'd have a problem.
Second - there are now companies on the internet that will make decals.
Custom Stickers, Die Cut Stickers and Laptop Skins - Sticker Mule
is just one example. They will make waterproof, fade resistant, 6mil decals up to 6ft by 6ft for as little as $44 per 100.
They will also "fix" low resolution art work for free.
Stoltzfus should be shot for trying to charge $50 for something they probably got from the factory for free when it shut down.
I don't have time right now to deal with getting new Logos made form my 1950 but when I do, I'll make the other 49 available here for a lot less than $50 - say $49.95? LOL.

Sunline Decals
I have a source that can make any of the decals, most any size. Alll he needs is a pic and measurements. He said he would make a set of 4-2 large and 2 small for around 150 plus shipping. The artwork is the expensive part if he has to send it out to be done, but he does most of his own. If anybody is interested just let me know and we can go from there. If you look in my album you can see the back decal and the door decal he made for me.

Sunline Decals
MarkandKim -
I would be interested in getting stickers for my delapitated ones on my 00 Solaris 2475. I would need to replace the swoops in the back, along with the "Solaris" logo on both sides, since all are falling off. I got frustrated trying to find a replacement sticker for my front shade, I replaced the fiberglass front with a metal base and had someone paint a replicate of the logo on it for me - much, much better.
