2004 T-2363 for sale in PA

We are selling our 2004 Sunline Solaris T-2363 as we purchased a home that needs work and have little use for the Travel Trailer currently.

We lived in the Sunny for 3 months this past summer while we were waiting for our home in Idaho to sell. During those 3 months we upgraded the Sunny with the following items:

- The OEM tank level probes were removed and we installed Horst Miracle Probes on both the black and gray water tanks.

- The Hot Water Heater has a new Gas Valve installed and we upgraded the OEM igniter control board with a Dinosaur Electronics UIB-64 igniter Control Board with Diagnostic LED's. (The Attwood Hot Water Heater operates with both LP gas and electric)

- The Kitchen sink faucet was upgraded with a high rise Stainless Steel faucet that makes filling large containers much easier.

- The shower head was upgraded with a massaging type shower head that makes you forget about showering in the small shower space.

The Sunny is equipped with a factory installed Black Water Flush system that makes emptying and thoroughly cleaning the Black Water tank a breeze.

The Sunny has 2 each (30lb) propane bottles to operate the Refrigerator, Hot Water Heater, Stove/Oven and the furnace. All of which are in good working order and clean condition.

The Sunny's Air condition, Fan-Tastic Ceiling ventilation Fan, and bathroom Exhaust fan are in good working order.

The Sunny also comes with a Reese Trunnion style Weight Distributing system to distribute the load at the Hitch on the Tow vehicle.

Included with the sale of our Sunny is a set of X-Chocks that do a great job of stabilizing the tires and thus minimizing trailer bouncing while camping.

Also included with the sale of our Sunny is the best heavy duty black water waste hose that Campco offers. We had a cheaper waste hose and after a few weeks discovered a leak in the hose. We then upgraded to the Campco Rhinoflex waste hose and were pleased at it's durability and overall toughness. Not to mention the clear end that allows the dumper to view when fresh clean water has flushed the waste water completely out. (thanks to the factory installed Black Water Tank Flush System!)

We apologize for the poor photos. If you're interested, we can take more detailed (much better quality) photos.

We are asking $6K

Thank you for taking the time to read our post!

A few more photos.

Also I forgot to mention everything in the Sunny works.

We lived in the Sunny from June 2018 to September 2018 and it was a very WET 3 months! The Sunny was and still remains leak free.

We are getting more attention on the Sunny than we expected. We can not hold the Sunny for any interested parties. First come takes the Sunny.

Thank you for your interest.

It's interesting that you have black frame doors and door windows. The striping looks original, so it must either be factory or a repair job when it was almost new. Sunline never used black painted frame doors, only aluminum frames with black window frames until 1998, and then white frames/windows after that.

Nothing wrong with that, just an interesting tidbit.

I note that you have 2 chairs instead of the usual sofa chair combination, and both chairs are the original type. Pretty neat!

Here it is, Thanksgiving 2018 and our Sunny sit's unsold.

We had lots of interest but everyone was more than an hour's drive away and not a single person made the drive to take a look at the Sunny.

I guess it's just not the time of year to sell a Travel Trailer.

Yep. Many RV owners don't have the luxury to store their trailers at home and have to rely on storage lots. So people don't want to buy a trailer in the fall/winter because they have to pay to store it. Plus, if they are looking to get into the hobby new, they probably aren't thinking about it now with Christmas around the corner.

If you had put it up for sale a few months earlier
I drove a great distance to look at a 2363 but the deal fell through

Now I am in Arizona for the Winter

I actually really like the black framing and I love the two chairs instead of the couch!
I would have drove to look at it this past Summer *sigh*

And the outside steps are white. Another interesting thing I noticed that the bedroom is not wall to wall carpeting.

I like that too!

Interesting...

Our Sunny is still for sale.

We listed our Sunny on Craigslist and had several people interested but like usual no one actually comes to look at the Sunny.

It's still early in the season, but that is when the discriminating buyer gets the best deal!

Yes, this is true.

It won't be long until summer is upon us. Last week the temps hit 70 for a brief period.

Hopefully, the warm weather spurs someone to stop by and look at our Sunny.

We currently have our Sunny priced at $5,900.
Still no interest. It's either too early or we're asking too much.

We paid slightly north of $6K last June for the Sunny, which we thought was a fair price for the great condition the Sunny was in.

Little did I know that there were electrical and plumbing issues that were fixed, but fixed poorly.

I being slightly OCD, replaced every issue with upgraded materials. Now the Sunny is better than new and ready for some camping adventures!

None the less, I may be valuing the Sunny higher than what folks are willing to pay for a 2004 Travel Trailer.

We don't want to give it away, but we don't want it to sit in our driveway this spring either.

We would greatly appreciate any input on our pricing!

Don't worry about hurting any feelings, honesty is what we are seeking!

Thank you in advance.
