What's the condition on the interior. What is the condition of the exterior? Is it like new, or a few blemishes? Is everything working?

Hi Tony,

First off the easy question...we are located in Tampa, FL.

As to condition, all the wood and appliances are like new. We did have a leak in the shower ceiling that has been repaired. No visible damage. The front windshield was broken and has been replaced by a piece of lexon. There seems to be a leak, the carpet is stained, in the front corner under the rocking chair, the roof has been recaulked all around but the last time it was used, in June, there was still some dampness, but we couldn't find where it was coming from. The exterior is very faded from being under the Florida sun and there is one very small ding on the outside wall up near the front.
If interested, I can take exact pictures of all of this for you. Don't think it needs too much work, just that we are seniors and it's scary climbing on a ladder! Did just buy a new tent, so I can go off by myself.

Anne and Jim, Sorry for the delay. Yes, I'd love photos. I'm in PA and wouldn't be in FL any time soon so photos would be invaluable. I'd like to see the exterior and the interior especially of the trouble areas.

Now I'm sorry for the delay. We've had torrential rains here for the past week, had to deal with a death last week in daughter's extended family so I was babysitting, and now it's raining again.
Supposed to for the whole week again. This is not typical Florida 3PM rain, this is like hurricane bands of rain. Major flooding all around us. but we did get a break a short time ago, so I ran up and took some pics.

Was having a hard time loading them, so they are not in any kind of order. I marked the album private to member and contacts. Its titled 2004 T1950 deficiencies. If you can't pull it up, send me your email and I'll send them that way. Talked to the woman at the storage area and informed her we wanted to sell. Told her I would rate it good condition. To me, it just needs some cosmetic changes inside and outside new stencils and it would look brand new. Keep looking at T1950s that have been redecorated and keep telling myself, I could do this, and I know I could, but had more eye problems over the weekend (hemorrhage) and hubby has said no more camping for him, so I bought a new tent and have made reservations for Oct in the Smokey mountains, by myself. Hope to hear from you soon.
