It does look nice, but it looks like a restoration.
The striping is all non-original colors, so it was probably painted over. I also see what looks like a wood floor inside under the dinette, which would also not be original.
It's #4 produced at the original Sunline plant, so it was the fourth polar white one to come out of the original Sunline plant, since it's a 1992.
