Selling my 1989 Sunline T1550

Trailer is in good condition inside and out
the back window was leaking and i did not catch it in time it damaged the back wall about 4 years ago and the back right corner began to sag a little about 1" I have bin using it every year and it has not gotten worse.
everything works in the trailer
AC Blows cold
hot water heater control was replaced 3 years ago
toilet water valve was replaced 4 years ago
tires are approximately 4 years old they look brand new and were always covered.
brakes work very good
