IMO, it's never really worth scrapping a trailer just for water damage. Only if critical components are damaged/destroyed- like windows, siding, appliances, etc. In this case, all the siding looks nice and straight, everything looks there, it just needs some TLC to fix the wood rot. Without seeing it in person to analyze the rot, I'm going to assume a fairly big job to repair. It should be worth it because it'll be a decent trailer in the end.
That said, it's a ~$1000 trailer. Knowing the work and unknown condition of the appliances, if I were buying it, I'd want to try to get it for less. But asking a lot less will attract the people who tear them down for the frame.
