1985 Sunline Camper for Sale $1,500 OBO

Hello Everyone.
I purchased this camper a few months ago to live in while I purchased a home. I no longer need it so it is up for sale. The camper is a 1985 Sunline in pretty good shape. Its roughly 20 feet long. I'm not sure of the model number. The previous owner removed the holding tanks. The camper is currently located in Halethorpe Maryland. If I cant sell it I may convert it to a utility trailer so if anyone has experience converting one of these i'd love to hear about it. I can provide more pictures and info if needed. I'd be willing to trade for a quality tool box (snap on, Mac, Matco etc), some quality tools, utility trailer, or anything else that's cool.

Welcome Dan! It looks like you have a 1985 T-2461. It looks like it hasn't seen much sun or weather either, because it looks like I spot a VIN sticker outside on the front corner. Not many of those have survived now.

Converting to a utility trailer isn't really advised. These frames are not designed for strength without a trailer on top of them. There isn't a lot of structure to the frame without the wood floor and box on top. It's possible to do such a conversion, but you're far better off buying a trailer designed for hauling loads.

You are a fine gentleman. Thank you for the information. I wish i had the room to keep this camper because it is in great condition and it would be a fun project to tinker with. I will heed your advice about converting it to a utility trailer.
