Hi,
Welcome to Sunline Owners Club and congrats on your new camper!
A "project" camper. Cool!!! I actually bought one a few weeks ago...too. A 2004 T1950. We look forward to hearing and seeing about your project along the way. We like pic's!! all kinds dealing with your Sunline and your camping adventures. They also really help when trying to fix something. We can see what you are up against.
To your 2 questions, leaks and frame rust. Those are 2 very good questions and can lead to a very good informative and sometimes long post. I would suggest you create a separate post on each topic in the Repairs and Maintenance forum so the topics do not get mixed in with each other for future folks looking for info.

Tell us about the year and model camper so we know more about it to give better answers. On the frame rust, in that case, some good clear pics can help to give a more definitive response rather then a general answer. If you see very heavy corrosion and metal thinning, those are the areas we need to see, close up and back away so we know where on the camper this corrosion is. If it is heavy corrosion in a structural area, then we may have to recommend you get it reinforced. Again pics help in these cases.
Again welcome and enjoy your new project!!!
John
