Talking Proud New Owner!

Hello!

My SO and I picked up a Sunline yesterday, its is so nice to see that there is a whole community for theses campers.

I figured this is the place to start, we purchased the camper for a future road trip across the states and back. It is in rough shape at best, looks like a lot of shotty work was was done to it over the years. I am going to have to replace everything to get this to the condition that we are looking for. It will be a challenge and a learning experience.

It was advertised as a Sunspot but I can tell that it is not, no back opening doors, it has a wash closet and is longer. I believe it to be a 12 1/2 ' MC (Micro Compact) can anyone confirm?

I will start a build thread in the TT section, we are full time students and also work, so progress might take awhile, but we are looking forward to getting into it. We are going to have to get all the help I can get.

That's the RVIA number, not the serial number. My 13.5' Sunline has it on the tongue - the driver's side, I think. Not sure if it's stamped into the tongue, or a plate riveted on.

Welcome to the forum!

Okay I will take a look. from what I can see it looks like the trailer was registered as a "custom" trailer in 2012. There is an identifying plate and registration says 2012. So as of now I haven't got a clue if the year. I was surprised to see that anything original was screwed down with square heads.
