Newbie From Jersey

Well I found this site quite by accident.
My "Grandparent in laws" purchased my wife and I a 1992 Saturn t1700.
I am starting to find some issues and I hope you all here can help. I have plenty of camping under my belt, but this is the first no- popup camper I have delt with.
I am looking foward to giving help where I can and hopefully getting some as well.

Thanks
Eric

HI Eric,

Welcome to the group and wonderful world of Sunline ownership. You have stumbled upon the best and most helpful group of folks on here. I'm not real sure, but you might be the first registered T-1700 owner on here. But that won't matter, help is available no matter what model Sunline you have.

Kitty

Welcome Eric

Glad to have you with us. You will make the transition from canvas to all walls quick and learn to love it. A lot of use here came down the same trail. In my case it was 50# in a backpack and loving it, then the Coleman PU and loving it, and now… 32 feet long and really loving it….

You will not miss the wet canvas… although wet awning does smell about as bad….

Good luck and happy camping

John

Hi Eric, We just picked up our 1994 T-1700 on April 15th. It is pretty dirty, but sound. This is our second Sunline, the first being the 1985 2351 fifth wheel sitting in the yard with for sale signs. I'll miss her but time to go smaller with our newish Tacoma. We stumbled into Sunline when we got her and loved the quality and room. When the 17 is cleaned up, I will try to post photos.
