New Sunline owner

Just purchased our first travel trailer (1992 T-2160 Saturn) after 2 years of tent camping and about 12 years in a 1980 Coleman popup. Our 1st weekend in our new (to us) camper here in SE Pennsylvania was 94F and humid. With the popup we would have been dripping wet with sweat after packing up on Sunday! How nice to sit in the A/C and just jump in the car to go home (we are on a seasonal site). I live and work within a 5 mile radius of where this camper was built here in Denver PA. I have a cousin who worked at the factory from high school until it closed and several customers who are former employees as well. This camper spent most of it's life on a seasonal site at the campground where it currently resides (Sills in Adamstown PA) and is in good shape for the age but has the typical old camper issues. The awning fabric is on it's last leg and there is a small soft spot in the right rear floor under the bed. At least thats a spot that is not under any cabinets, fixtures or appliances and should not be too hard to fix.
We are looking forward to our camping weekends more than ever with A/C and full indoor plumbing. No more stumbling to the bathhouse in the middle of the night! And it's great to know there is a community of Sunline owners to go to for advice.

Welcome !! Lots of helpful members on this site. How nice that are so close to the spot the Sunline was build. There is a meet and greet in Mifflintown each June at Buttonwood campground. If your camper is still seasonal you could still come by for a visit !

Ha, I was about to come in here and say that a far distant relative was probably involved in building your trailer, but you already know all about it! Glad to hear the spirit of Sunline is still alive and well in Lancaster County!
