New Owner, Same Camper

Hey all, my parents ended up purchasing a new camper and were able to give me their previous one which is a Sunline, not sure model and everything but I believe its a Satellite 22' camper. Ive grown up in this camper my whole life and am happy I can continue using it with my child as well. I will however be looking to repair some minor things with the lights and I need to clean up the brakes a little bit (possible ground issue) also need to reseal the roof. other than that my parents took good care of it. Happy to finally have my own camper!!

OK guys I went and checked out the camper and its a 1987 Sunline Satellite 22'. Im not sure of the T# though. I was looking through the brochure and don't see the setup that is in the camper currently. I know that it was not redone, except for the past few years by my parents, but even with that I don't see the original set up. Would someone be able to help me out figuring out a T# So I can be more accurate

It might be easier for us to help you if we could see a floor plan of what you have. Even a rough hand sketch would probably be sufficient.

Is the 22' measurement an overall tip to tip? That's how Sunlines are measured.

If it is 22' total, do you have rear bunks and a rear bath? Seems likely given that it was a family trailer. If it is, it's either a T-2250 or T-2251. A 2250 has the couch in the front and dinette on the side (more rare), and a 2251 has the couch on the side and dinette in the front.

If the bathroom is in the middle, then I'll need more detail to help figure it out.

You can look in the files section for the 1987 brochure and download that to verify the floorplan. Hopefully your trailer still contains the orange owners manual binder too!

This is a rough sketch. The couch is up front with dinette on door side with a chair. Stove and sink are opposite of door when you walk in. Fridge is on left walking in. 2 beds in rear with fold down bunk up top. Bathroom is center of trailer on left hand side

T-2262 with front swivel chair option instead of standard half dinette. If you have a slim pantry cabinet on the side of the refrigerator cabinet (sort of protruding into the entry way area, toward the chair), then it's a T-2462.

You can also identify the 22 vs 24' models on the outside. To the left of the entry door (front, on two door models), is the refrigerator access panel. If the panel is right up against the door frame, it's a 22' series. If there's 6-10" of siding with striping between, it's a 24' series.

These were all later combined around 1990 into a universal 23' series. The more common newer T-2363 is a cousin to your floorplan, with the swivel chair option becoming quite popular by the mid '90s.

I assume the bunk in the back you're referring to is a cabinet bunk, which are only rated for 100 lbs.

I believe I would have the T-2262 then. It does have the swivel chair but the slim pantry is on the bathroom side and not the refrigerator side.

Also I do believe it is the 22' as I do only have the one door and the panel is right next to it without the siding in between the two

The bunk bed in back is a cabinet bunk.
