That's a pretty nice layout. I've not seen the Sideways couch on the slide before. I imagine it would be pretty roomy inside for the size trailer. Can't wait to see some pictures of the interior.

I have put the original owner's pictures in my profile album. Not the greatest pictures but they will have to do for now. I don't know anything about RV's, but it really is roomy with the slide out. That sideways couch appealed as you could sit there with the laptop. Or seat the kids there for meals or games.

I've sent my info to Jon and he says there were not too many of this model manufactured. Interesting there was one like it in MA for sale at same time this one was for sale. Different color interior, but a clone otherwise.

Ahh, I see them now. Earlier today I only saw pictures of the truck and guini pigs.
That is nice how they put the lift up table in front of the couch. That slide out sure makes all the difference too.

We've met up with he and his wife many times in NY state, Cooperstown, Niagara Falls, Corning, etc. Never been to their home in PA. So I will be asking a lot of questions on decent campgrounds along that route VT - PA!

Well let us know if you decide to try one of Conway's campgrounds maybe we could meet you all there come spring!

Hi Debbie

I followed your online file to your pic album.... Wow that Chevy is immaculate. Camper is nice too...LOL

What a beautiful spring picture with the flowering crab apples trees behind it. Wish it was spring now....

OK who is the truck buff, Tom or you? Great work bringing Mellow back to shinny new life.

Thanks for sharing.

John

If you are thinking of North Conway, the Saco River Camping Area is my favorite. http://www.sacorivercampingarea.com/ It isn't a resort but it is comfortable and the current owners are a real nice couple.

John, Thanks for the compliment. It is totally TOM ... and... he bought the truck new and kept it in pristine condition, the paint is original, as is most of the truck. He bought it just before we got married. Since he keeps things forever I've never been worried that he'd find a newer model for wife (ha ha). He drove it daily for years, but now only drives it in the summer to work. He is totally fastidious about his vehicles and already has the Sunline spiffed up, even though it was in really good shape.

OK, so in my profile I've added the '76 Nova, also purchased new. He souped up the engine (go fast parts is what I call it, he'd have to tell you what engine, etc.) and had it painted, although it had no rust, new upholstery. We're in a car club and take this one out. Both the truck and the Nova were very common models in the '70's, but, of course, few folks have kept theirs. Driving the Nova in parades is fun as everyone along the route says "oh, Mom had one or Uncle Joe had one". Not a unique vehicle like some of the members of the club have, but nostalgic for many spectators and that's fun for us.

Deb
