Hello all, my name is Mike I re-discovered this web site a few days ago. I say re- discovered because I belonged to one I thought was this one but it got very weird. Alot of women looking for men ads. This one looks legitmate. Any ways, I have a 2005 T-2499 with about every option that can be had.
Fiberglass sides, aluminum wheels, electric tounge jack, sissor leveling jacks, rear bumper "scrape wheels", tank sprayers, decorator package, 35th annaversary addition (I think) have the special picture and all, maple cabinets with SS appliances. I ordered it from Youngs RV in Kings Mountain NC. I had Sunline extend the carpet in the living area to the kitchen, fantastic fans under max air vent covers, water heater by-pass, winterizing package(three way valve on inlet side of water pump.) and use a reese dual cam sway control hitch. I came from a fifth wheel, but like the TT because I can take my four wheeler with me on trips with the camper. I've discovered with this platform I really don't need the sway control. I tow with a 1999 dodge ram quad cab 2500 with cummins diesel.

I live in SC in a small town, York. So thanks in advance for the information I'm sure I'll get from here.

Welcome Mike!

I joined last December (so I can't speak of the first few months) and remember nothing of the problems you described. I know there are some Yahoo groups of Sunline owners, but I think most have come over here as those did get ugly.

Also, you have a 40th anniversary model, not 35th. The T-2499 wasn't an available model for the 35th anniversary in 2000.

Jon

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the group and wonderful world of SUnline ownership. WOW, you realy have a loaded up 2499. Mine is pretty custom also, yet different from yours. It's a shame Sunine went out of business as they were one of the very few that would customize for you without gitting into high dollar coaches.

And we are not like that other group you described. We are a bunch of fun lovin' Sunline owners looking to have a great time using our Sunlines.

Kitty

Hi Mike,

Welcome to "the best" forum on the web! I think you were a Yahoo member of one of the two "forums" they had....I to dropped out from them because I'm very happily married and even considering another mate!

Anyway....I don't think you will find any of the same "antics" here as over there!

Again welcome.......if you have any questions, feel free to post, as we have a wonderful group of knowledgeable individuals here...and they are always willing to help!

Regards,
Kathy
