Hi everyone! It's FINALLY official - new Sunline owners :)

Hi everyone!

Well, after a run of terrible luck and a series of misadventures, our new Sunline T-2753 - "Lucky" - is FINALLY in our driveway!!! We call her Lucky in the same way you might call a big guy "Tiny"
Purchased on 7/13/2007, we finally got her home for good today (8/9/07). I never used to believe in Friday the Thirteenth but now I am beginning to wonder!

We haven't gotten to go on our maiden voyage yet, and it has taken so long to get our Sunline home that we will not be able to go until after our upcoming vacation. I'm almost afraid to take her camping for fear of what might happen next!

DH and I live in north GA with our two children, ages 14 and 17. We are complete newbies with a TT since we have only camped in a tent or a pop-up before, so we are asking for your forgiveness in advance for all the stupid questions I am sure we will ask!

Thank you for all the help this forum has been to us so far, and we look forward to being part of the club! Here are some pics of Lucky:

Greenwillow,

I must say that is one beautiful coach, with the fiberglass and leather. It's too bad they didn't make more like that. I wish you many great years of enjoyment in your new coach.

Greenwillow:

Congratulations. You found a beauty. Maybe you should change your name to Lucky after finding such a unique coach seven months after the close of the factory. I've always found Friday the 13th to be a better than average day when one rolls around: Your experience confirms it. I'm afraid I'd have to make your upcoming vacation the maiden voyage for Lucky.

I was born on Friday the 13th, so I sort of have to believe in it, whether I like it or not. So far, I have to agree, they're pretty good days.

Greenwillow,

Congrates on the new trailer, it definitely is a beautiful unit.

You’ll get many years of enjoyment out of it, hopefully trouble free.
