Question Help ! Will my 2000 Ranger handle an 18' Sunliner???

I have a 2000 Ford Ranger, Extended cab, 4.0 engine, automatic, 4x4.
Can this truck SAFELY handle an 18' SunLiner Camper???

We're going to go look at one Weds. and there's no sense in buying the camper if my truck can't handle it.

OK, thanks.
I wondered if this camper would require an electric brake control.

Yeah, no Sunline ever came with factory surge brakes, and the majority of them (except some really small ones) all came with electric. So you'll need a brake controller to control them.

I pulled my T1661 with a 97 Pathfinder. It worked, but not great. I suggest reviewing the numbers closely. And my 89 16' does have electric brakes.
