That would be a 1978 or 1979 17 1/2' SB (Super Bath). It's the shortest model I think you could get with a full bathroom of separate shower and toilet (without the floor by the toilet being the shower pan).

If you can get me a VIN, I can confirm the year.

Awesome thank you, i emailed them to ask for the vin. That would be so nice. they said it has a bathroom and a shower and sleeps six. They are asking 1500 for it. I plan on re doing the flooring and the upholstery no matter what, i want to make it super fun for the kids.

If he has a title for it like he should, then the VIN would be on there...

Given the condition of it, $1500 might be a little on the steep side IMO. $1000 or $900 would be more of a good deal given the work that has to be done and how dirty it is.

The lighting wiring looks like it needs some help too, and I'm going to guess none of the clearance lights work since it looks like the taillights are now wired separately with new lights. You can still get the original style lights and make it look somewhat original, though I suspect there's a bad ground somewhere that caused the rest of the lights not to work.

While not critical, the clearance lights are DOT required and it's possible to be ticketed for not having them on at night.

It's definitely a restorable trailer, but it will take some work to get it there.

Oh, and yes, the outside should be able to be cleaned up, using a cleaner called Awesome from just about any dollar store. It's a citrus cleaner and does a good job, just make sure to not let it dry on there and try not to scrub the stripes with it unless you have to. It should clean up the paint on the back there unless that's the paint actually coming off.

Too bad you are as far away as you are. I know of a 1978 17-1/2SB available for $500.. It also needs work, but the price can't be beat!
