Greetings for a new member

Hello form Southern Maryland.
We purchased a 1985 T1670 this past fall. Don't have much more data on the trailer beyond that and would be most gratefull to anyone who can fill in the blank spots.
When we got the trailer the bathroom outside wall was rotten. Water had leaked throught the left rear running light for years. I took down the old wall and replaced everything. I used glass board like they use in public bathrooms on the walls and replaced all the damaged studs. It looks great. The firg is wasted so I plan on installing a compact 110v frig. everything else works great. I am excited and ready to hit the road this spring.

1982

I purchased a 1982 a three years ago and replaced my refrigerator with a 4.1 cubic foot Magic Chef. It has worked great. Unless it's really hot I'm able to travel about four hours without worrying about the temperature increasing. For more extended stretches we have an Inverter to supply poer to the refrigerator.

I use a small O-ring to keep it closed while driving.

If you go to other files on this site you can see my report on preparing a 1982 showing our refrigerator.

Glad to answer any questions. Welcome to the site, I'm sure you'll find it helpful.

Welcome to the Forum...Sunline Fan is our resident Sunline guru when it comes to makes & models.....if you post your VIN # he'll be able to fill in a lot of the blanks for you.

You sound like a handy person.....and one thing you will learn on this forum is we all like to see pics.....before & after if possible.....

We all seem to learn more by viewing so post those pics of your coach,,,,,
