Downsizing
Hi. New to the forum after deciding that a Sunline will be our next trailer. Had a Carriage Fifth wheel and ,although it was nice, we want something small and more State Park friendly, without giving up quality and workmanship. Looking around the Philly area for a clean and solid T-2499.
Was going to look at one with smooth sides and leather last week, but it sold before we got there.
Hope to share in the experience.
Joe and Teresa

Yes, nice. About 3 hours each way, but if I expand my search area...

There have been some problems with the tongues of the 2499, so if you look make sure it's not starting to twist, or been repaired. I think that was on the newest ones, but not sure of the year that problem started. I also think the owner had to load that front storage compartment pretty heavy to cause the problem. Cunningham Falls State Park would make a nice trip for checking this one out.

Thanks. I read the thread on here about it. If I end up with one of those I will do some fabrication to strengthen it. While on the subject, has anyone ever built a small platform on the rear of a T2499? (extended from the frame)
