2003 Sunline Solaris

We bought our 2003 Sunline Solaris last year. We had an 18 foot TT but it was just too small for us. Thought we'd go look at campers just to get ideas of what to look for. Saw the Solaris and I fell in love with it. I love the layout. Our biggest problems in our old camper was every time my husband would get in and out of bed, he'd throw his hip out from having to lift his legs over the benches for the table. Also, the bathroom was so small we couldn't even close the door. Now.........it's great! I can walk around the bed to make it and to get in and out. The bathroom feels huge compared to the old one and now we have a couch which we didn't have in the old one at all. Bonus!

Which model? Possibly 2499 which we had. A walk around bed has always been a priority for us.

I see you've been "lurking" since 2014. Nothing wrong with that. I trust you've gleaned much useful information since you joined. Welcome to the world of posting!

It's a 2553. We are heading out "next" weekend. We are leaving it in one spot for 4 weeks. I've been wanting to try leaving it somewhere for a little while so it won't be so hot putting it up and taking it down. Can't wait!
