1985 t1550

Hello from Upstate NY! Picked up my 1985 T1550 on Saturday! She's in great shape and I'm so sad to have to cover her up for the winter very soon No major work is needed-I could camp in her today! I am replacing cushions and will paint in the spring though. The previous owner put moth balls inside and the smell is awful! Just made reservations for 3 camping trips in the Adirondacks for next Summer! Will make more as the window for reservations open up. SOO excited!!!!
So happy for this site and the Facebook page-I'm sure I'll have lots of questions!

Welcome Pam!

And congrats on your new Sunny! That size camper will fit very well in many areas of the Adirondacks. And it is a great area. We grew up and lived many years in NY then moved out to Ohio 29 years ago. Now we go back to NY and camp in the Adirondacks! Never was up there when we lived there.... We are also now doing the Catskills area too plus many other NY state parks as we travel to and from the east coast through NY.

This is the place for Sunline questions and info. Just ask away.

Happy Camping

John

I love the Adironadacks too! We did quite a bit if camping when I was a kid with my family. Very fond memories! My Family has a long history at Point Comfort on Piseco Lake. My Grandfather started camping there when he was a teenager. Then when I was about 10 we started camping at Rollins Pond too. When I was an adult my ex husband and I camped at Lake Harris in Newcomb. LOVE that place. A lot of my family still camps at Piseco and I've booked there for next summer
I haven't camped in about 10 years The camper went in the divorce and it's just taken me this long to get a camper of my own. Next summer it's ON!!!
