Mini Lego Sunline T-264SR

I built a miniature scale model of the Sunline T-264SR out of Lego about five years ago. This was almost 4 years before we bought our actual T-264SR. It was over the winter when I had some free time and to cold to go work out in the garage. I tried to make it as close as I could to the same scale dimensions as possible. The axles are a little farther back than in real life, this was done to make the "slide" function on my model. Ran into the pics on my computer the other day thought someone might enjoy them.

That's awesome Ben! I too made some various trailers over the years, most of which were unrealistic for being something real. Actually, with two stories, they were more like house trailers of the 1950s. I never had the right lego parts to make correct replicas of anything, unfortunately.

I wonder if a snap-on feature for utensils might werk. Maybe pots with spring clamps to hold them on the stove but they could still set on tables. I can see a line of pots/pans, dishes and glassware that could fasten in place while traveling. Lego doesn't have the patent on fasteners, do they?

Nice model.

Ben, that looks great! Complete with flowers at the kitchen table too.

I had forgot you had that. Thanks for sharing.

Now we have 2 camper folks with model Sunlines! BenB and Sunline Fan.

Here is Jon's in case you have not seen it. This came from our late dear friend, Kitty. http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f7...86sr-9304.html

Thanks

While I did have a good portion of parts to make this from my huge collection of Legos (you can probably see some of my other Lego creations in the background), I did actually go online and order the individual missing pieces that I needed.

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law got me a RV Lego set for Christmas last week. It looks pretty neat and even has bear and trees for the added camping experience.

An RV lego set?! Why was my childhood deprived of such things?!

The things I would have done for a set like this:
