Fender Skirt Solaris T-264 SR

Sunline Solaris T-264SR, Year 2004
I had a tire blow out and it destroyed the plastic fender skirt. I was lucky the sheet metal is OK. Does any one have a fender skirt or know where I can get one. So far I have found a company that will make a mold of the one good one I have and make new ones. As I am trying to keep expenses down I wonder if some one has a camper they are parting out.

The only place I can think of for an exact new replacement is Martin Camper Sales in PA. I'm not sure of the dimensions of yours though, the one they have here looks like it might be the non-slide coach size. See this link at the very bottom:

There's a very good company in California called All-Rite. They do custom plastic work for the RV industry. They are very respected and work well with customers. You could try them, I think they have a lot of pre-designed skirts and you could probably find a close one. The best part is your skirt is so simple in design that finding something very close shouldn't be difficult.

You could also try Gary & Kitty, they've stripped down a 2004 T-299SR, but I'm not sure of the condition of the skirts. The trailer fell over onto one side but I don't know if any of the skirts survived.

My camper and yours, odds are have the same fender skirt and I have some cracks in mine.

I ran into a place that had the most fenders I have ever seen.... and they even had a older Sunline mold. Just not mine but they would make them too. I will hunt again for that link.

I do not know the cost you are looking at due to the mold, however if after we check that our sizes are the same, if the price is reasonable I would buy one as well helping to offset some of the mold price if we can't come up with anything. I know mine will go out in the semi near future.

And Yes, EMD_Driver and KanyonKitty had a 2004 slide camper they parted out. The fenders where cracked as I tried to get them, BUT if they still have the remains and we go the mold route, they may be able to ask if we can get one of theirs for the mold verses taking one of ours off.

Hope this helps and I'll dig for that link as it was asked not too long ago.

Frank and Trailblazer here on SOC have been to these folks Bontragers Surplus Inc.

If you can take a picture of your style, measure it and then email them they may have one. If they have it, that will be the cheapest option I think.

These folks may have some but one like ours did not pop right out. I have bought from these folks and a good company.

This is a new find and actually found a 99 to 02 Sunline skirt.... They may have the ability to create one. They have so many I do not know how they back into them.

hi thanks for the info on those web sites icondirect can make you some if you have the specs on them but there at a high cost i think its like 4 to 500.00 dollars way to much for me ill just try to find a pair close to mine. RV Parts - Sierra Engineering Co., Inc

Thanks for all of your comments and information. I have decided to give up on finding a Sunline replacement part. There are several Web Sites that has been suggested but none of them have the Sunline Fender skirt for my model 264SR, Year 2004. When I get the camper out of storage so I can measure the exact opening I will try to find one that is close. Two places that have something close is RV Renovators, parts@rvrenovators.com and Pelland Enterprises, www.pellandent.com.

You might want to check out Martion Camper Sales in Mechanicsburg Pa last year when i was there he had your stile skirts to fit your trailer he might still have some.
