Troubles with 2004 Silverado TV

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 4x4 extended cab 1500. It has about 65,000 miles on it. Over the past month or two, the check engine light has been coming on with a code of 0446. Now, over the past two weeks, I have had trouble putting fuel into it. It will only take approximately 1-2 gallons before the nozzle clicks off. After a 10 second wait, I can put another 1-2 gallons in. If I hold the nozzle so it is barely pumping, I can usually fill the truck without stopping. The problem is, that takes 10-15 minutes.

Can anybody help me out?
