Gary, the seats came out good.

The bolts on the goose neck hitch.... I had a similar situation when I changed my receiver to the Tow Beast. My 1/2" impact just bounced off those 3/4" bolts. Ended up with the 3/4" drive breaker bar and the longest pipe that would fit between the bed rails. Every bolt fought me to the last thread. Ford used blue loctite on them plus the road grim made then for sure vibration proof....

Since Son's tractor repair...I had to acquire a 1" impact wrench. 1,200 ft lb of torque. I can only use it for about 30 seconds as it eats my compressor for lunch but it would of come in handy on those receiver bolts.

And yes, 1/2 plate that big is glued to the ground...

Looking good.

John

PS OK what is the brake rotor for in the back seat? Future rebuilds?

After 1999, Ford updated the wheel bearing assembly. This required a different rotor. The PO updated one of the wheel bearing/rotor combos and bought the rotor for the other side. The hub and wheel bearing assembly includes the ABS sensor:

Since they cost over $200, he figured that he would wait until it need a new one before replacing it. He gave me the rotor with the truck. Now I do not have to buy a rotor, when I buy the hub and bearing assembly.

Yep!

Just ordered the bed rails and install kit for them yesterday! I'm also having a keyless entry and remote start system installed on Saturday....

BTW: We got the gooseneck plate out the other day and it left 7 holes in the bed. I picked up a piece, which was cut out of another superduty bed and I plan to use the existing bed bolts to hold it down. Once we get the bed Line-X'd, it should look pretty good.
