Looks like you'll need to make some adjustments like we did when we got ours. Here are some pixs of what the bars look like when they are correctly seated. From what we remember, you want to loosen the 1 1/2 inch jam nut on the outside of the cam arm. To adjust the point at which the WD bar strikes the cam itself, turn the nut on the inside of the cam arm; this will move the cam itself either forward or backward, thus allowing the cam detent to mate more closely with the WD bar. Snug both nuts up, drive your hundred feet, and check the alignment again; readjust as necessary to both cam arms. JohnB is the expert in this; if he's not camping right now, hopefully he'll be along to confirm this.

Up I-83 and back down twice first was with four links under pressure (5 hanging loose) second was 5 under pressure (4 hanging loose) 4 under pressure rides a lot better, brakes feel better steering is improved

Mike,

Glad the adjustment worked for you. We normally use 5 links but that can vary, of course. You may want to check the tilt of the ball mount on the WD head and also make sure the tongue is as level with the hitch as possible. These tweaks help to make a more stable tow as well. Don't remember if it was discussed in the earlier thread but also experimenting with tire pressure can make for a better ride. To that end, this spring we replaced our F150's OEM passenger tires with LT tires and run them at 60 psi which gives us a really nice ride when towing. Hope you get to take your 2363 out soon for camping!

Sometimes you have to "nudge" them into position ... with a big hammer. Those threaded pieces just don't slide when there is tension on them, and you need tension to set them properly.
