Dan,
Finally found a conversion chart that works - the C78-14 tires are the equivalent of either 185/75R14 or a 195/70R14. The B refers to the load rating.
So you need ST185/75R14's or ST195/70R14's. Which one you actually need is based on rim width - the 185's want a rim width of 4.5" to 6.0", and the 195's want a rim width of 5.0" to 6.5". There is some overlap there so if you have rims that are at least 5" wide but less than 6" wide, you can most likely use either tire.
I would suggest load rating C if it's available - gives you an extra safety margin.
The ST refers to Special Trailer, and that is what is needed - beefier side walls and other attributes for trailering.
The tire chart I found was at:

Any good tire dealer should be able to fix you up. Special Trailer tires are not an uncommon item, although your dealer may not stock the size you need, they will most likely be able to get them in a day or two.
RV dealers are generally more expensive all around for the same items like tires, so you are better off going to a regular tire dealer.
It may be to your advantage to jack up the trailer, pop off all 4 wheels and tires, and take them to the tire shop. That may be a lot easier than hooking up the trailer and towing it to the tire shop. That way, you're all set to pull the drums and check the brakes and re-pack the bearings while the tires are being swapped.

John and Dan:
The tire dealer may have a better recommendation for an exact tire size once he sees Dan's rims than the ones I mentioned above.
My '99 T-2453 has ST205/75R14's on it, and that is a very, very common tire size for trailers. If Dan's rims are at least 5" wide, they can accomodate this size, and that solves the whole problem.

Dan
Try your local tire shops...Thats where I found the BEST prices
I recently purchased tires for my boat trailer from: TIRE BUYS,INC. I do not know if you have them near you but you must have other local tire shops near.
I paid $44.70 ea. mounted,balanced & new values. for: ST20575D14/6

Joe,
Great price! What brand of tires?
I don't think we have Tire Buys, Inc. in the greater Rochester area, but there are other good discount houses around here. I gotta put a new tire on my step-son's boat trailer this spring, and it uses the ST205/75's same as our Sunline.

If you need tires try this; http://www.tirerack.com/. I've bought several sets of tires from them without any issues. My favorite local mechanic actually reccomended them to me instead of selling me the tires. All I do is order them and when they come to my door I load them up and take them to my mechanic and he mounts and balances them for a small fee. I my guy charged me less than $50, and I came out way ahead of the tire stores prices. An added bonus is no sales tax.
