I has a 02 K1500 Tahoe, 5.3 with the 3.73 rear end. And a 03 K2500 Suburban with the 6.0 and the 4.10 which is not exactly your setup but the Tahoe was close.
Page 353 in the 2006 Suburban manual shows the 5.3 with the 4.10 to be rated at 14,000# CGWR. Which is the best you are going to get from that setup.
Now the 2009
This GM links shows that if you get the (K5L) Heavy-Duty Trailering Package that that new engine on the 3.42 rear end is still at 14,000# GCWR. Boy there either got more out of that engine or really lightened up the truck.
2009 K1500 Suburban
Here is a link to the owners manuals. However they only go up to 2008. The 2009 is not yet on that site.

See page 4-53 in that 2008 manual. The 3.42 rear end must be something new in 2009 with a ratings of 14,000 GCWR as it does not show up in a 2008 manual
Look here at the 2008, it does not list the 3.42. In a 2008 model the only way to get a K1500 to do 14,000 GCWR is with a 4.10. OK what did they do with that engine to get that much more power out of it??
2008 Suburban
Good luck and hope this helps.
Also, welcome to the forum. Glad to have you with us.
