What is this thing?

Hope somebody know what this is used for... It was in the "junk drawer" of the camper when we got it. Ideas?

What is the diameter of the circular part of that? Had to guess without knowing how big or small it is.

Wild guess, but something to do with the black/grey water hose? Some kind of clamp, maybe?

aaron is an unknown quantity at this point
I know exactly what that is… It is a propane cylinder holder for the older generation Weber BabyQ grill. The piece of metal was most likely removed because it will not hold a green 1lb cylinder, but will hold a cylinder that is used for a handheld torch. I had to remove mine: most likely the reason it was found in the world famous junk drawer .
