Water pump

HI All,
I seem to be having some water pump issues [2003 camper], and am wondering about just installing a new pump and remove that part of the issue....
Is it hard to change the pump [other than getting at it under the couch]?
Also,... I assume you can no longer purchase the same pump [I am in Canada if that mattes] -- does anyone know of a good replacement model they would recommend?

Thanks,
Jbaker

Yes the fitting are the same so any replacement pump should work There are basic pumps there are high demand and there are quiet pumps so it's what ever your pocket can handle.

Thanks for the reply Mainah. After working on it for a bit tonight,... pump seems to be working ok - we will see for how long! However, I think my fresh water gauge maybe acting up. It says 2/3 full, but I am quite sure it is nowhere near that full. Do you know much about these? Is there anything that goes wrong with these I wonder.....

You can't rely to much on those gauges. They're at best a guesstimate.
