Urgent: How to remove/bypass water pump? Leaking water all over

A few weeks ago I posted here and capped off one end of the water pump. that has gone well, except just now the water pump itself began leaking water all over, so regardless of anything else, the water pump is probably shot or needs an adjustment or whatever. since I don't use it, I need to either remove it or cut water flow to it. how is this done?

I am in a 1350 and the only water lines connecting to the pump come from the direction of the water heater--either going to or coming from.

please help! i can't run any water at my place without it leaking everywhere.

i got some advice on this and am getting a plug for the grey end at the pump that Ts at the water heater. I've successfully removed the grey line from the pump and propped it up while I head to Lowe's.
