Undercarrage membrain

Is there a way to repair the undercarrage membrain? I may cut into it to see if there is any water damage form the water leak I have.

There is a tape made especially for that purpose. It's called Fex-Mend tape and it's available in different widths. Just do a Google search for Flex-Mend. I bought a small roll for emergencies on eBay.
