Flex- mend under belly repair tape. Really sticks. Made for moble homes. I got mine from ebay.

Looks like someone had an oh **** moment with one of those little screw type jack stands.

Oh ok, that sounds more like it.

In that case, I'd say seal up the hole really well the best you can and cover with some 3M aluminum tape. I'd even do a couple layers to give it some strength/puncture resistance for stones.
