The Air Conditioning Works!!!

My wife and I spent some time cleaning out the camper this morning; before all the heat hit, and I decided to run out to Walmart and get a 30 amp to 15 amp plug end so I could test out the AC today. My owe my is it nice in there! At first we were over 90 degrees, now it's almost 65, Yay!!! I felt like laying down and taking a nap. I am so greatfull that the AC works!!!

Like it when things work that well. We just made our first long distance trip in our Sunline, glad the ac works well, the first day here on July 1 in Pigeon Forge the temp was around 106 degrees.. Very hot and dry that day. Next day after a thunderstorm, much better. Been a good week camping here at EaglesNest Campground.

I see I just made my first post ...

Well Great!!! Yes, having the AC work is a really good thing...

That is at least one thing you do not have to fix. I use to be a hard core backpacker but I must say, walking into a camper with the AC on when it is 95 out at night, no breeze sure beats the tent. The thought of basting in that tent until about 03:00 AM when it finally cooled to at least 85 has not yet left the memories cells and I do not think it ever will.

Thanks Gene, been reading for a year now, good knowledge gained, on our 4th outing with our Sunline, was about a 6 hour trip... All the tips learned have paid off. Some fix up work to do on the Sunline later when we are not camping. But we are really enjoying it.
