My son just bought a 2005 Terry 29footer. almost mint condition needed some personal touches, a couple of blown light bulbs and all his tires are due for replacement. He had to replace his converter and decided to upgrade. Everything inside works 100%. Aside from that it's a beauty.

Previous owner said his bearings were done but when buying anything used it's best to check for yourself. The bearing races and dust seals were in mint condition, but we re-greased anyway. Brakes had 85-90% left on them

While he has a tandem Dexter axle we found subtle differences to my 1985 T1350. Dexter

On mine the spindle thread is a more course thread fewer threads per inch while his has a tighter thread, more threads per inch.

My castle nuts, as with many other trailers, use the cotter pin for locking.
His used a locking cap set up, where the cap sits on a flat portion of the spindle and grabs the castle nut. Obviously a newer style Dexter.
I really like the tighter thread part as it gives the user a finer option for tightening and loosening.
I'll assume the newer Sunlines have the same features since most are Dexter's.

To add to your note, Sunline in at least the year 2,000 and newer had a mixture of Alko, Dexter and then Lippert axles. Dexter was the only one I have seen on the smaller, 3,500# and lower axles with the push on cap to hold the nut from turning. The 5,200# and larger axles I have seen are cotter pin. I do not know this is a fact on all larger axles, just many I have seen.
