Sunline Solaris T2363 - reset button?

Hi, I'm a newbie - my heater worked the beginning of last year but then in September I had no heat. My brother has been looking for a reset button but can't find it. I've owned the camper for over 3 years but only used it twice. I'm putting it on a seasonal site the end of July. Thanks

There is no reset button that I am aware of. Need to know more of the symptons to start troubleshooting.
Did fan run?
Any clicking noises?
Was there propane?
Was thermostat on heat mode?

I have a 2363 and, as j52wf said, there is no reset button that I am aware of. All the above questions by j52wf and Kathy are things to look at.

As an aside, we just had 2 COLD mornings in Bar Harbor and when the morning temperature inside is 60 that heat feels good.
