Yes, it's a replacement. The original would have probably been a Thetford AquaMagic III or IV.

flushomatic OEM ???

Flushomatic appears to be a Canadian product, leading me to believe that the original purchaser has replaced the original toilet but left the damage under the floor.
Wishful thinking eh ... lol
Would Sunline import toilets from Canada to install them at the point of manufacture ?Would they ship the coach to Canada sans no toilet and then the dealer installs ?
If not then I am very hopeful the problem has been fixed. A little labor and material and I'm rockin a sweet Sunline Saturn !!!!!

ugh ... this is turning into a bigger problem than I anticipated.
Am now looking at removing the shower pan to better clean out the wet insulation and chipboard.
Some of it is so far gone that not even Rot Doctor will save it. The expense of materials is going to be minimal however replacing the damaged wood another. One floor joist/brace is of particular concern. It bolts to the frame (exterior rear wall). It is rotten enough that removing it shouldn't be a problem but replacing it in one piece is going to be a challenge.
Another model just came on the market ( same year and model with a few extras, air conditioner, oven, microwave) I like this model enough that I am tempted to buy it and sell this one for what I paid for it. However, I am not quite prepared to admit defeat ... yet .

Hi Sunny

Pending the cash situation... maybe fix the wet camper up to be a good working camper and sell it for enough to re-coop the costs. And get the better one. You will have 2 for a time period. As long as you have time on your side you can hold out for a fair price. Again this is us spending your hard earned money...LOL

I have had 2 campers for a period of time until the first one sold. The one we have now was too go to be true to find the exact model and there was no way I was going to give my other one to the stealer. I had time and it may have been the only time I will ever be in that situation again...

Good luck

John

Went and looked at the other one today John and it was definitely not of the standard my wife and I were looking for.
One thing it it did do was confirm what a good deal we did get, soft floor and all.

Once I get the shower pan out I can finish removing all the floor joists and replacing with new wood.

to be continued ...
Thank you for the support and advice !!

Yes it's a pain I just did the rear of my T1700 mostly through the compartment door! I built all the stringers first one at a time, half lapped the joints put them in one at a time then screwed them together and put the new floor over them. The plastic underneath is a double edge sword it holds water very well but keeps it out as well. I will tell you it is easier to pull the 10,000 staples out then it is to pull the wood away from them.
