John, awesome work, super pictorial, especially the part where you go CSI and recreate the scene of the crime with the water and wicking action. David Caruso would be proud!

Excellent work, John!

Just looking at it, you'd never know it was repaired. And that's the way it should be!

Thanks for sharing the pics, always nice to see good work.

JohnB is on a distinguished road
Gee guys, Thanks!!!!

The repair was not that bad over all but it did take longer then I expected by maybe 1 to 2 days. Guess it always does when you get into these kind of things.

The good news is it did not get up into the walls. While all doable, it’s camp’in time!!! Long overdue…

Jeff I for sure got a chuckle out of the CSI deal….LOL I was going on all theory until a week ago when the snow was melting and then Wamo, Wow it’s happening right in front of my eyes!! I love it when science and reality match up….. It is not that hard to replicate. I washed the camper Saturday afternoon and hosing the side of the slide creates the same effect.

Now it’s time to go camping. Next weekend, we are gone…..

Thanks

John

Glad to hear you're getting out soon John.

We're going to try Maumee State Park in Oregon, OH probably tomorrow, and stay a couple nights, maybe visiting the Toledo Zoo on Tuesday. All this if the weather forecast does not change too much. It's the maiden voyage for the SOB so I like to keep the distance relatively short. Especially since my Firestone Airbags have not been installed yet.
