Sagging Door
My T220 had a sagging Door where the lock wouldn't catch in the door frame. Instead of taking the door off the camper I just used " C Clips " from our shop . Just pick the door up to take the playness out of the door rod in the hinge and slide the c clips on the bottom part of the hinge to hold it up. WORKS GREAT!!! and saves alot of money at the RV repair place.

If you are talking about the little plastic bushings and the rod where did you find the small "C" clips? I think I know what you are talking about are they to repair thrust washer part?

The last two RV's I have owned I have had to drill new holes for the door to make it close right I would even settle for all new bushings.

yes the pics above are very similiar to what I used, they can be purchased at any auto parts store or any TSC Store. Also to if you grab the bottom of the door and give it a good couple of pulls up after you put the clips in it will help also. I put to small marks on the door and the trim to tell me later on if the door starts to sag again.

Okay..so now how to fix a dragging screen door.? On the left bottom corner it drags and I installed an aluminum diagonal brace to lift it but maybe not enough? Before I drill more holes, does anyone have another suggestion? Probably have used it to help ourselves up at times (not good!) but I do notice the two door frames are not really square.. Janalee

The screen door can have a bent hinge from accidentally pulling on it. The top hinge is sort of like a Z shape gets bent open and then the bottom corner of the door by the opening handle will rub on the door threshold.
If this is the problem, being able to lift up real hard at the point it rubs can help bend the hinge back in place. I myself push on the top of the door while pulling on the bottom with it partly open about a foot or too and I can see the top hinge bend back in place. However this takes a good deal of physical strength. If physical strength is not always available, close the door and leave it about 4 to 8 inches open, enough that the top of the door on the “non hinged” side (door handle side) is outside the door frame. Using a long piece of sturdy wood gently lift on the “non hinged” side of the door with the wood resting on the threshold and lift up. Try and position the wood so it lifts straight up and not on an angle. “BE careful” You have a lot of power now and can over do it.
Hope this helps

Chances are, since this is a pre-'98 Sunline, the door frames are wood. So, your wood frame has rotted out. It can be rebuilt on a Saturday with some wood from Home Depot/Lowes, some screws, some adhesive of some sort, and a little patience. These doors often sag when they get rotten, and the clear sign is when you go to push it into the door catch to hold it open and the door flexes a lot.

Yeah they may work if you jack up the door and put them under the bushing as long as the thrust part of the bushing is not shot.
