Roof Repairs & Sealants

We have a couple small leaks on the roof of our trailer, mostly around vents. We are looking for the best product to reseal theses vents as well as something to coat the whole roof.......any suggestions?

I was having trouble with my 1983 T-1750. This worked great:
All Heavy Duty Trucks & Trailers Products : GeoBond® Roof Repair Fibered Brushable Coating

One gallon sealed the whole roof.

Tom redid our roof last year with this. Note, it is a two-part process. First you use a cleaner/etcher then apply this.

Your roof is EDPM and theirs both are (if OEM) I believe aluminum. May make a deference what one may want to use.

The GeoBond is not recommended for EDPM, however the Dico may or may not be ok for aluminum.

I just checked the label on a Dicor tube and is for rubber, TPO, fiberglass, wood, aluminum, steel or masonry. That is the only thing I use on all customers roofs. The main thing about it is that is self leveling. Which means it doesn't just cover the crack like caulk but also goes down into the crack.
