Replacing an accordian shower curtain

I have the bathroom ripped up(due to water leak that ruined the OSB(strandboard) subfloor. I will be putting everything back to gether this weekend and have been thinking of installing one of those roll up squeegee type shower curtains that Sunline installed in their later trailers. Has anyone else retrofitted this type. If yours came with it, how do you like it? Thanks

We have not had any issues with our "squeege" roll up door - BUT - it tends to bind a little if you are not real level!

Hi Capt Skup,

My dad's Weekend Warrior toy hauler has that door. I personally haven't had one in a Sunline though. When we took delivery on the WW, they specifically told us to be careful when closing the door and to not let it go, as the material could rip if is closes fast. I haven't taken a shower in there, so I can't tell you from experience how it works. It seems to open and close pretty easy, but I don't know about the squeege part.

Jon

P.S. Did you pick up your '08 SD PSD yet?

Hey Skup,

I have the roller/squeege shower door. It works great. I've never had a binding problem. You are "cautioned" to "HOLD" onto the handle when opening or closing the door. If you let the roller "SLAM" you could break the spring. (Just visualize a large window shade turned sideways) I also use that "Once Daily" shower spray, ya know the cheap stuff from Dollar stores, it sure helps keep the water spots almost non-exsistant. Makes shower cleaning a breeze.
