replacement screen for bath power vent

Does anyone know of where I can find a replacement screen for the bathroom power vent. It is a ventline unit but has two holes in the face of the frame work. One for the handle and the other for the power button. I have seen some online but it looks like they changed designs and only have one hole. My Sunline is a 2000 model year unit. Thanks everyone in advance.

Seems like an easy part to find but this is the only one I found online, on Craigslist.

That is probably the right one. Crank goes in the hole on the left, switch in the knock-out hole on the right.

That's one of those parts that you can probably get at any RV dealer's parts counter. I'd take the old one with me to insure an exact match.

Ventline has discontinued the V2012-1 vents w/the square cornered screen frame and trim ring. Vents and trims are limited to quantity on hand. The vents that replace these (V2092-1) have a radius corner screen frame and trim ring. We are told that the radius trim ring will work with the square corner screen frame. Note that from the roof flange up, these vents are identical. The difference is in the screen and frame.
See here Marksrv.com roof vents page

I found this one, it is the closet but it looks like the non motor one. You may be able to put the switch in the rectangular cut out

Odds are good this one will fit but the price is high. However it may be free shipping so total out the door cost may be less
Save at Pacific RV Parts - RV Parts and Supply

It may very well be Ventline discontinued the square vent. See here on their web site Ventline - the leader in ventilation products - Ventline - The Leader in Ventalation Products

The square vents are not longer listed but seem to be as parts on page 10. The new one have round corners. This PDF took a while to load.

May be able to find some older stock, or convert to the new style. Etrailer of all places now carries these...

It seems the new one the plastic frame stays intact and you can change the screen only if you want.

This link in Birch white. This color is cheaper, Why????

This is where Kitty came up with the round corner ones. They appear to be the new ones.

They do not seem top have the vent switch in the screen any more. If you move your mouse over this image it zooms in on the fan unit. There is no hole any more. Looks like a remote switch

If you convert you could drill a hole for the switch in the corner.

I also never knew Ventline was owned by Dexter. Maybe a new thing.

Hope this helps.

John

PS Thanks, now I know where to get mine when they turn brittle and crack apart....

Wow, how in the world did you find that on Atlanta's craiglist?! It sure looks like the correct one. I have called the ph. number listed and L/M. As you all can see, the old style is a little different. Thanks to all for your imput. It is a shame that the Sunline company didn't last because the owners are second to none! Thanks, Jeff

I was just doing a Google search for RV vent screen and it poped up.

I see from John's great research that now my vent screen is an orphan too. !!! I was at my local RV dealer (Arlington RV) Saturday looking for a part and I think they also had vent screens, maybe I need to buy a spare.
