Quick Question regarding Shower Caulking
Well, we brought the TT home from storage to get ready for teh 4th and I noticed some water leakage after washing the shower and rinsing it down. Well, the caulking looks to be in pretty rough shape and it looks like someone sealed over the original, maybe a few times. The bottom of the shower sides has a bit of flex to it so it is very easy for the sealent to pull away or even crack.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what type of caulking to use. Obviously I am going to have to go through the fun of removing all the old stuff first.
Also, the 2770 has a large home type shower with metal and glass sides for the front. It almost looks like they used the putty type of sealant between them and the plastic walls. Does that sound right? IF so, then it would seem that I will have to dissasemble all of the mtal and glass as well... Yikes and with no days off before we leave.
Might end up using the showers at the campground heheh.
