Leaking Gray & Sewer Tanks

My family has a 1977 Sunline Camper and it has brought us years of joy; however, this past weekend I woke up to find water leaking from several small cracks in our under body tanks. How difficult is this to replace? Where can I buy tanks? They appear to be plastic. I am just sick!

Hi Joy,

All-Rite in California is an excellent source for new tanks. They will custom make the tank to your sizes.

What model '77 do you have? I'd love to see some pics!

I've used these folks in the past. They also will make a custom tank for you. It's more costly to go that route but you may have to depending on the dimensions you're dealing with. They also have a good variety of stock tanks that may comparably fit what you're trying to replace.

I'd recommend a box of latex gloves for the project. No scratching your nose when it gets an itch either once you've started the work.

Good luck with the replacement.
Take care,
Jason

Amen to the gloves. I'm new to sunlineclub and don't know how to post pics or much of anything on this site, but I will read up. I will also check with the Calif. company for the tanks. Thanks guys for all your help.

In this forum there's a sticky for parts. This is a valuable resource that I keep it in the campers manual. I see that All Rite is listed there but not Plastic Mart. You might address this link to that sticky also.

Thanks for the info.
