Kitchen Sink Repair - what do I need?
I have a 2006 T-267 SR I picked up used last September. This is our 4th camping trip with the Sunline. I am sitting here, enjoying my coffee, at Jellystone in Quarryville.
I did not enjoy what happened when a really crappy water supply repair, from previous owner, failed and soaked part of my camper.
Attached are pics. How do I go about fixing this problem?

If only there was a shut off valve, I could at least have water in the bathroom.

It's all pretty standard plumbing parts. The pex tubing and fittings are readily available at Home Depot, etc. That access panel on the wall should come right off.
You can add the shut off when you fix the rest of it.

Converting PEX Plumbing to Standard PVC
Is there any reason I can't go with standard PVC type plumbing pipes and fittings in my camper?
The plumbing in my camper needs to be overhauled, and after reading a ton of gripes about PEX fittings, I am thinking about getting rid of it all and using regular PVC pipes and fittings.
Has anyone done this?

Pex is pretty reliable these days, but if you want, use the pex with flair-it fittings. Best of both worlds. It's what I would look at first.

Steve - Thank you. Good to know that it should be an easy fix. Other than the proper connectors - will I need spexialized tools to work with the pex?
You mentioned an access panel. I got under the sink by removing two drawers. Is there another way in? The other side of the kitchen sink cabinet is a storage cabinet. I added more pics to the first link.

Pex fittings require a special tool and some practice. Part of the challenge there is that there are varying grades of tools with matching prices. If you don't have other uses for the tool, it's probably not a good investment. That's why I would look at Flair-It fittings first. You do the whole job with a good utility knife and pliers.
I have some PEX in my house, and I'm not sure I'd invest in a tool for it. And I'm the guy that doesn't hesitate to buy specialty tools.
My '11 Cougar is totally plumbed with Flair-It fittings so I have no reservations about using in an RV repair. They're easily found on the net, easy to work with, and very reliable.

I was referring to the panel that has all that goop on it. It looks to be removable. If you can get at the back side of the problem area, you could always create an access panel, especially if it is in a cabinet or closet.

Sorry, I thought I posted the question in a new thread. I wasn't trying to hijack.

Swivel Adapters connect 1/2" PEX tubing to male NPSM faucet connections. Just cut old off and slip this connector in along with a cinch ring. You can buy pex cinch pliers and cinch rings fairly reasonable. Not as good as crimp rings but work really well for repair

It looks to me that the broken fitting is part of your faucet but that is not a big deal any house hold faucet either a 4 or 8" will work depending on you your hole center size it will be one or the other.

Looks to me like the center broke broke out of the adapter and the threaded part with the tightening tabs remained on the faucet

I am hoping you are correct. That should make the repair easier. We got back and unpacked yesterday.
Today I will get up in under the sink and see if I can remove the other half of the white adapter - hoping there is no damage to the sink.
Thanks.

Thanks for all the advice. I was easily able to find the swivel pex adapters posted above at home depot. I replaced both swivel adapters on the hot/cold, replaced the sink faucet in entirety, and installed two ball valves on the hot/cold supply line under the bunk.
I ended up removing one the boards between the two bottom sink cabinet drawers so I could fit my XXL shoulders in the sink, when I realized the faucet needed replace, I ended up removing the entire sink.
I bought an 8 inch delta faucet that maintained the high arch of the original.
PEX, PEX, PEX - what can I say? It was sooo easy to work with, I ended up buying the cheap PEX crimper that you use with vise grips, and I was easily able to crimp on 6 bands with no problem.
Thanks again for all the advice and help. You can see pics all along the way here:
