Kit faucet on our 195sr leaking

Its leaking pretty bad actually, any ideas on where to start with this thing? Its the kind that has the head that comes out and two different spray settings. Would hate to just replace the whole thing but we are heading out tonight and thought I would throw this out there and see if anyone else had problems with theirs. Getting the bugs worked out after it sitting for two years. Arizona here we come, next stop San Diego!

Actually TN then Phoenix....don't think we will make TN tonight, I'll be happy to get into VA tonight.

Any advice on the faucet will be greatly appreciated!

Bill

Stop at Lowes or Home Depot and pick out a new faucet. We changed out the one in the 320SR and changed out the one in the F344SR. I went with one with a higher rise so it was easier to wash/rinse large bowls/pots.

Hmm, this is the first problem I've heard of with the upgraded faucet with the pullout. I'm very glad to have mine since I don't like the cheap handles of the shower/bathroom sink faucet.

Where is it leaking?

I do also think your best bet is to just get a new one, but hang on to the old one if you can to see where it failed. I'm curious...

That's a nice faucet, and what we put in when we replaced our cheap factory original. Check your owner's manual for the faucet brochure. Most faucets have a great warrantee.

If it's the sprayer head that is leaking, replacements are available at an RV parts place. I replaced mine at Leo's in Millersville, MD. Don't remember the exact cost, but it was reasonable and a very easy swap.

First thank you to this forum, second thank you to Sunline for giving us such a great manual with all the original manufacturer instructions and tools! Problem solved for now valve stem seal is bad but I turned it around a little and the water stopped leaking. Step by step instructions in the manual...duh.

Thanks everyone...wait till you hear today's other story...

After this it turned out the shower hot/cold water faucet was not good either. Luckily we were right near a Camper's World in Knoxville I think. Learned a lot about fixing my travel trailer on this trip.
