I have a broken spring hanger.. Help

Philip and I made it to the Charleston, SC KOA and went to put Sunny in it's site. The left side tires got to where they are touching each other and a broken spring hanger is the culprit. This was to be a site for only tonight and we have to move Sunny tomorrow. Any ideas and suggestions are very welcome!

Is this the bracket that hangs from the frame between the axles?

All I can think of is to have someone spot weld the piece in place.

One really temporary idea allow you to move at slow speed to another site would be to wedge a 2x4 from axle to axle to keep the tires from rubbing on each other.

JohnB suggested that we wedge a piece of wood between the axle and the frame. The best I could manage, was between the spring and frame. It worked enough, that we were able to get Sunny in the permanent site.

Thanks for suggestions. I should be able to bring my mig welder down and either install a new hanger, or do my best to put this one back together. They will all get gussets now..
